Vibranium suit helps a bit. Shang-Chi will fall first. Current IF would beat Steve and Heartshaped Herb T'chaz. Current BAMFing Herald stomper Panther stands more of a chance. Still IF because of overwhelming damage output and vastly more skill.
Danny shit-stomps, his upgrade after the living weapon series made calling him a casual bullet timer a gross understatement. He also punched through a skyscraper sized monster that was claimed to be able to destroy the planet (Davos-was the source).
And even if it's hyperbole, it still fought off a living skyscraper.
As good as team Cap is, that building would just step on them.

The power levels really weren't "that" bad, historically speaking. Back in the 70's/80's, he had tons of cheese feats, like punching a speeding train to a stop, leveling a city block, and raising himself from the dead (Basically using the Iron Fist to give his ghost a body. Complete with clothes )
He even fought and defeated a hell lord, freeing his mothers soul in the process. Just like he did in this new story!
The sun god thing was a bit much, and if he stays at some "skyfather" level, I won't exactly be happy about it. As it is, he's Spidey level physically, with near Nitro level area attack spamming and a CL70-100 punch. That OP as shit, and kind of pigeon holes him into fights where he far outclasses the competition, or gets outclassed in turn.
With both fans and anti fans alike in blind denial about which is which.

Kung Fu Spidey could have had so much potential. Could have had a rematch with Black Tarantula, and made it awesome.
For that matter, Gorgon should be mixing it up with Black Tarantula and Master Izo. They have all these OP martial arts metas, and basically do nothing with them.
Think Cassandra Cain vs Shiva. Now THAT was amazing. Marvel NEVER would have done it.

It was daring, is the point. They pulled the trigger on having two characters with a major rep go at it instead of the half assed fight we got with Gorgon and Rand, likely because both guys were being protected from looking bad..
