She's well above Tangent Superman based on feats, imo. Mindphucking Xavier, amped to the tenth power, is no small feat.

Couple her raw TP with Zoom's ability to shit all over Wally's speed in a PIS-free environment(he's the fastest on the field, by far), and then tack on Genis' CA(he'd know every move they'll make before they make it)+his energy manip., and there isn't really a whole lot of options for the OP team. Imo.

Heck, Genis can also cloak his entire team from any sensors/telepathy if need be(Overmind's in this case):

Come to think of it, does anyone on the OP team even have a defense against BFR(assuming it's allowed)..? confused
