CIS and PIS is OFF for this battle. Everything is on the table. Full throttle battle.

1st battle is Pre Reboot Superman vs Wally

2nd battle is Pre Reboot Superman vs Barry

Going all out?

Superman.

He has matched Professor Zoom in speed and once said Wally's speed is not enough.

His greatest durability feats are beyond the output of the Flashes.

He has been caught in a chronal freeze chrystal and simply broke out, even while he was standing still. Meaning his brain still functions during a complete time-stop.

I give Barry a slight edge in running speed, but in reflexes Superman is equal, and in flight speed matches him.

And he is far superior to the Flashes in every other aspect.

Just to point out, the Flashes don't stop time. They steal speed.
