Peak Power Onslaught is allowed no rest or recovery time inbetween rounds; as soon as one round ends, the next begins immediately...
No prep for either side...

onsluaght never used franklins full power. stops at low herarld. what did full power franklin onslaught do? this is basically ion powered how can she slap vs superboy prime all over again

The Low Heralds have no prep here...
