Slight edge/majority to the Avengers. They've worked together longer.
Individual match ups here go back and forth, with IM overpowering Carol, BP doing the same to Cap, while Thor and BM are close.

That said i doubt Cap would let his team play that hand, likely switching opponents to get sn advantage, so yes, better leadership.
