that's recent/current young jean. her tp is pretty ridiculous. not sure she could get into a tp battle before max killed her with tk, or, you, with a single pinky to the face.
Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
I bet she can TK shoot Jean dead before Jean can TP past her formidable tp abilities.

If you mean what I think you do, Maxima was in less than optimal condition after fighting Brainiac amped by Warworld, and while her first shot was a cheap shot after the connection was served, it seems he he was fighting back after. At least at first.

With Bendisforce, a noob Young Jean scrapped with Gladiator and got a double KO. She had an ability to siphon psionic energy from those around her to boost herself, and it enabled her to go go toe-to-toe with Gladiator. Theoretically, Jean could get a significant boost from Maxima's powers.
Post-Bendis though, I don't know. She hasn't used that ability since then, and generally isn't running around fighting mid heralds. On the other hand, she only just recently returned to the team.
Not very, although it may be changing. Oracle was able to out TP her pretty easily, presumably due to skill/experience. Future Xavier commented on her lack of skill too. Young Jean was outmuscling a whole lot of people due her power boost, but she wasn't very refined yet.
