Without the Great Beasts and Canadian mythology backing them up, the two mystics will have limited impact.

IF they come over WITH all the assorted paraphernalia, then yes, they make more of an impact. Its akin to Jeffries coming over, with a whole new field of science backing him up.

talisman and Jeffries would he least effected by the move.

Snowbird wouldn't work as she would be restricted to Canada only (border limitation) and her more powerful forms wouldn't exist in the dcu. So unless they have northern gods or demons (they do but don't know their power level) she would basically be a better beast boy, but still limited. Not many stories occur in Canada either, but If The justice league united team was still around that would have been a good fit
