Wonder Woman vs Phyla-Vell

WW is pre/post crisis composite, with Godwave, lasso, sword ( new 52), shield(rebirth) , bracers , and tiara.
vs
Phyla as Quasar , with Quantum bands
Both are blood lusted, and determine to kill
Who wins?

Phyla's outfit was cool, but she didn't do nearly enough as Quasar to fight Wonder Woman. Diana doesn't need all that equipment to be honest.

Bracers alone are likely enough. I'm not even 100% sure Phyla-Quasar could take Wonder Girl, much less the woman.

Theoretically, she should be in Diana's league, but she didn't have the bands long, and didn't do much when she did. They just had her act like a lovesick puppy over Moondragon all day. Phyla wins the costume contest easy though.
