Classic destroys. He flat out overpowered Spidey back than, and no amount of holding back accounts for being pushed through a thick cinderblock wall, or being stuck in a vice like grip and desperately trying to break it, before getting slammed around.
The Oak Desk feat alone proves Fisk was a ringer.

Haha yeah, sorry about that. I usually resize them, but I was using Herc for a BZ (so usually don't crop or resize, so the full detail can be seen). I'd post links, but people are lazy.

of course herc can still win this. he was mortal, and lost most of his power, true, but he was still strong enough to catch a falling support beam while a building collapsed all around him:
he has several skill feats in his couple of mortal forms. he's at least as skilled as fisk imo, maybe more so. if he fights dirty, which he would, he is def strong and durable enough to take fisk. obviously with his weapons he'd kill him easily. h2h is tougher to call but i'd say this was pretty close to 50/50 and i'd lean toward herc for a slight majority.
