They began giving Carol a strong push around 2007, when she easily defeated Tiger Shark who was a decent match for Namor in terms of stats. Depending on the writer, she weighs in between at roughly mid to high elite top tier. Definitely top tier in her Binary form. She should be able to push Power Girl, or Supergirl in her Binary form.
