With a few stray thoughts, Solar effortlessly created the whole of Dynamite comics(an infinite multiverse), along with every character within it. Moreover, this expenditure of power was so minuscule --relative to him, of course-- that Solar didn't realize that he'd even created this infinite continuum at first. Eventually Solar casually regressed said creation into a single, unified universe, and altered the event that originally created him -- he was, essentially, his own maker/destroyer. On top of all that, Solar also evolved true omniscience, and was literally all-knowing... He was undoubtedly the Supreme Being of that entire damn company. Crazy powerful.
For arguments sake, I'll just go the stalemate route with this match. Obviously pre-retcon Beyonder isn't exactly a pushover either, lol.
Pre-retcon Beyonder was not linearly restricted to a single timeline, and actually manipulated time on panel -- a showing that was still recognized in the Secret Wars (2015) Handbook... Mind you, that very same Handbook stated temporal manipulation was the Ivory Kings' one true 'weakness', lol.
Considering NO absolutes were given, that assertion is dubious at best. Moreover, if Beyonder would have simply transported back to the Beyond Realm(which is outside of time/space all together), this alleged time-loop would've been broken anyway... So it just doesn't add up to this touted 'weakness' that some have claimed over the years, imo.
At any rate, the issue does confirm that, unlike the Ivory Kings, pre-retcon Beyonder was NOT restricted to his own linear timeline. He was able to casually play around with the whole damn temporal plane: (please log in to view the image)

And as I said earlier: that feat is also mentioned in the 2015 Secret Wars Handbook, which means it is still canon to Beyonder(as are most of his feats from SWII): http://i.imgur.com/kVJaHR7.jpg
Point being: time paradoxes(or whathaveyou) are not sufficient to defeat the likes of pre-retcon Beyonder.
Gender: Male Location: somewhere within time & space

Beyonder also thought he wouldn't be able to resurrect Miss Death.
Good ol' self imposed limitations Beyonder, chossing also when to have omniscience.
And even so, Beyonder would have definitely survived the destruction of time,
since Beyonder was going to not only erase "time" ... but the whole damn Marvelverse all together.
Beyonder existed outside of "time" so Beyonder did not need "time" to exist.
The only thing that could possibly have been "destroyed" was Beyonder's physical form,
which due to his self imposed limitations was not exactly all he could be,
yet, more powerful than everyone/thing else still, lol. Because he still contained the power, just didn't use it fully.
Beyonder got high off of heroin once. ... but of course, cause he allowed it.
i remember that f*ckery, he erased those dudes from reality right after LOL. but yeah you guys are correct, i still find it weird that they'd put that time nonsense there though
