The PC UB might do it, simply through higher strength and speed. But BA has everything UB has, at the same time.

^^^This isnt UB though, its KMC posters with UBs power set.
That same time thing has never stopped UB from fighting effectively (thats usually debated to death every time UB is in a thread).
That said, no one on this site is UB, which means fighting while seamlessly switching powers isnt an option for any of us.

We have an extra restriction in that we lack his flight ring, so if we're in the air, we're basically a sitting duck.
I can't see anyone doing this, especially with that limitation.
