I'd generally give it to team 1 but David especially is pretty different in n52 (younger, more impressive in h2h) whereas Post Crisis David is the least dangerous combatant. These might not make huge differences in a lot of matches but do matter when you consider how much Elektra's weird telepathy and chi stuff and Bullseye's aim might do for team 2.
