Superboy Prime is really immune to reality warping?
Hi guys, I have a question about Superboy Prime, the question is about his feat in Infinite Crisis when he's brokes the crystals and changing the reality.
This is the feat (that everyone already knows):

But, the reality changing not altered his story or yeah?

To answer your question: Prime's own reality/timeline was not stated to have been altered in any way by the retcons(and such) that he unintentionally caused by striking/breaking the walls of Limbo.
This, however, certainly does not imply that Prime is in some way 'immune' to reality manipulation and the like... It just means that he was extremely lucky his little tantrum didn't inadvertently unmake him.
