Highfather was so sure of this, that he was willing to sacrifice himself(and Darkseid) to stop S'ivaa.

In that very same issue, we learned what ALL the worlds of existence truly meant:

This means S'ivaa would have not only destroyed ALL worlds in ALL 3-Dimensional universeS, but also ALL worlds in the 4th World/Dimension as well(which, as those scans state, is infinitely more vast than the 3rd Dimension.)

S'ivaa could also rip open holes in the cosmos by merely scratching the fabric of existence:

Set is a Elder and one of the most powerful Elder Gods besides Atum God Eater and Chthon, Highfather wouldnt stop Set either, Elder Gods are above sky fathers some Elder Gods are almost as powerful as Cosmic beings

Gaea doesn't have many feats. She's a typical skyfather. S'ivaa was beyond Skyfather, IIRC. Able to ultimately destroy the universe.

now the big question is what does 'all existence' mean according to context.

orion explains that all mortal universes (the multiverse) exists in bubbles in new genesis:

now shivaa attacks, and is beginning to destroy existence, and you will notice how insignificant entire planets are compared to even superman and orion, why is that? orion himself explains, as i said earlier that the whole multiverse exists in bubbles in new genesis, and since now that superman is in new genesis (and the motherbox altered his size as he traveled to new genesis) he himself can dwarf entire worlds

though he didn't treat orion and superman as merely annoyances, however he was defeated by his own power, when orion blasted him through the hole (which he created to destory all existence) sending him right to the source wall.
