TEH is superior to The Gentry as a collective, and even a single member of The Gentry(ie. Intellectron) is far above the likes of SuperJudge Nix Uotan... Which is quite something, given Nix's feats in FC. On a sidenote, it has even been hinted at that The Gentry are 5D entities, but that's neither here nor there.
Anyway, TEH is about as metatextual as it gets, given that he is a 'gentrified' Ultra Comics... And Ultra Comics is quite literally 'us'(ie. the real world readers.) I don't see any being confined to the physical 3D multiverse(even if it's peak AM) beating something like TEH. /shrug
^ Once he was able to act in his full capacity as a multiversal Monitor, Nix received/interpreted Superman's wish from the Miracle Machine and brought forth a means to Mandrakk's defeat. More impressively: he also remade universe-51, by merging together pieces of timelines/realms.

However, at that point in the story Nix's power/status as a Monitor had just been reawakened. That said, he was still technically exiled from the rest of the race, and as such, *shouldn't* have had access to their tech.
