Depends. Slade's new suit gives him an advantage in certain areas. Mr. T is still more versatile, but most of his tricks won't work.

I didn't realise he lost his sight. That could be very problematic for Slade

Hes went blind before and has done better without aid via senses. His healing factor also slightly shortchanged in explanation very recently as compared to pre 52 rebirth era. So better suit, worse slade apparently.

No. He's just a former police dog, so old (he's retired). Named Roscoe, if it helps your research.

But yeah, normal dog in all respects.
