Beerus is far beneath the angels, and presumably some of the other gods of Destruction as well. I didn't even include Omni King, his guards, or SSB Vegito.

LOL Krillin can take attacks from SSJ Blue Goku. He is only universal when the story says so. That is why I am assume Anime characters usually aren't allowed in the American comics section.
Anime Characters power level is scaled based on the storyline.
this days krillin and android 17 are able to match SSJ BLUE. and their explanation ot that? oh yeah... they were training ever since the last time they fought goku. right... because up until the moment they meet goku dozens of years of training brought them so far, but after they fought goku, several years and their training increased drastically what ever they achieved in all those dozens of years before to the point they can take on ssj1 - ssj3 goku easily, if we judge by the fact they can match blue. sure...
