...and unlike Supes, Frank would take (and make) a headshot.
Still this is a featureless environment, so, advantage Bloodsport, in that he can pull out heavy weapons.
But
Skill, experience, cool head under pressure (and the win) goes to Frank.

Castle wins.
Will be like a quick draw and who is more accurate.
And Castle will be that man. Bloodsport IIRC wasn't even a soldier but a civilian.
I think the second bloodsport will put a better fight, but he will still lose in the end.
Frank Castle wins this.
