Thanos is more powerful than a Probe.
Probes are more powerful--particularly in combat--than all other members of the Order. Some Order members seem very outclassed in direct combat.
Several Order members have piercing/cutting weapons of extreme power and durability that might allow them to pierce and explode a Probe. The resulting blast might take them out if they are in range, though.
Can't call it yet, but these are my observations.

Thanos isn't more powerful than a probe. A random probe straight up no sold double attack from Diana and Arthur, one was stalemating Mordru, one defeated 100,000 daxamites, one defeated entire JLA in seconds including Ion amped Kyle Rayner etc.
Thanos has better damage soak than a probe but he has no better power feats than a probe.
