Mxy has been tricked far too many times to the point where it cant really be called PIS. Hes not the brightest bulb but hes certainly no idiot either. Its a legit character flaw and can be used against him. And there might not be a better character in comics for that job than the one hed go up against here ITO manipulation/cunning
Even ITO raw power/ability Lucifer canonically has a higher station than even the mighty Imps despite their absurd feats (which is what most of their existence is for, those crazy otherworldly feats) and should theoretically be able to tank or manipulate any sort of attack Mxy would send at him

Yes but the point is he got out-witted by Supes numerous times who while intelligent a Kryptonian is nowhere remotely close to Lucifer magnitude to put it lightly. and Lucifer doesnt need to BFR him to his dimension in order to beat him like Supes does anyways

To question Lucifers ability to trick ****ing Mxy is hilarious. And Lucifer would undoubtedly know everything there is to know about 5d Imps anyways
DC's high-end, cosmic architecture is vague and often contradictory. No real way to know who's more powerful, but Lucifer could indeed outsmart the imp.
