Crispus could not judge Nekron because he is soulless... But as DarkSaint pointed out: the ALE does not have those same restrictions, as even the universal embodiment of Death was its puppet.
So yeah, the ALE wins.

Spectre being unable to affect Nekron due to possessing no soul was bullshit since Corrigan was able to transmute King of Tears and, both Asmodel and Jordan were able to stomp Neron, who did not possess a soul of its own either as he explained to Lobo.
As for the battle, I think Darkseid wins, since ALE was able to affect a distraught Crispus Allen as Spectre in Final Crisis: Revelations.
That was only after the SoD was taken from Vandal and purified by The Question + Radiant. That was also after Supes killed Darkseid... *cough*♬ ♪ ♫*cough*... which subsequently expunged the ALE from existence. Heck, it may have even taken place after Superman's wish from the Miracle Machine... Dunno. /shrug
In a nutshell: the end of 'Revelations' took place(from a chronological POV) just after the defeat of Darkseid and Mandrakk, so at that point he wasn't really fighting/resisting the ALE any longer.

It does not place during the storyline, since at the end of the Final Crisis we see both Radiant and Spectre defeated and laying at the feet of Rox Ogama.
