this is an interesting battle. i can literally see AM stomping him based on certain showings, i could see this being a split and i can see in some cases IM taking him out. i think in a book IM would get him. in the forum though, hard to see IM winning this. AM has such a wide range of showings. /shrug

As stated by Leo, in comics aside from the occasional showing Buddy is depicted more like Spidey level. The fact is he is much higher with one of the most diverse powersets out there.

Able to make multiple clones (power of bacteria)
Able to stack animal powers for strength, speed and durability.
Able to alter personal time rate (comparitive life cycle ant)
Sonic, electric, mass manip, shoot acid, chameleon and the list goes on.
