this dude surfer literally created his childhood house from nothing lmao
he has tk and tp, astral combat abilities, matter manipulation to the point of evolving an entire ****ing planet billions of years into is future and energy manipulation to the point of him gathering all the psychic energy on a universe scale, can literally phase himself out of existence, can manipulate space and time, time travel, has the ability to sense quantum layers, phase through matter, absorb souls, hear whispers a light year away...... come on now... oh and he can create black holes too LOL

It isn't really about all of that though. The Surfer simply has a larger variety of powers than Superman, but then again, so does Metamorpho.
