Tough choice. I want to say snake eyes, but no matter who wins, it'd be a very hard fought victory.

Ninjak has better gear, and has been pretty seriously OP in the last year or so.

But this is the opinion I side with.

honest question, have you kept up with snake eyes? I ask this because his gear has been upgraded significantly and he's gotten even more OP feats than Ninjak IMO.

Snake Eyes also has Mystical Ninja Powers...especially if written by Larry Hama.

Arashikage steel. It a normal katana that is made using a technique that makes it incredibly durable. He once threw his sword into a helicopters spinning blades and it wasn't even chipped. The only thing thus far that Arashikage swords have been damaged by is superheated plasma blades and Snake Eyes' chi shield.

Can you even call Snake Eyes a street leveler?
I get the feeling that he would beat Spiderman's ass, someone who most agree is just a couple of floors above street leveler.

Does Snake Eyes have any feats against top tier martial artists?

I would call him a street leveler the same way most people call Batman a street leveler. They both regularly fight hilariously out of their weight class all the time, but at the end of the day, they're "just" humans. The funny part is that those aren't even his best feats. I can legitimately bring up the time that he and stormshadow resisted being controlled and mutated by the outer dimensional demon gods of the H.P. Lovecraft mythos....

back in the Revolution mini series, ROM, the Micronauts, G.I. Joe, the Transformers, and M.A.S.K. all teamed up to fight a threat to all groups. Can't remember the specifics of it though.
