Authority looks underpowered here.
The Doctor can take him down for certain. Same as he took down Majestic. If Norrin lets him.
Otoh, all Surfer needs to do is point his hand mid lightspeed charge and nuke/rip open a black hole/transmute/absorb into his board..

^^^If all i get is Doctor solos/authority shitstomps, i'm going with yours, as Doctor has failed to solo/the team's had trouble with, less capable opponents than SS. Doesnt mean they cant win, just not going with such lazy responses.

Fwiw, with prep, I think Authority are absolute beasts. Random encounter with a high herald like Norrin (Or Majestic) really hurts them, imo.
