Mordu is powerful but King Thor IIRC basically one-shot Galactus once he got the Necro-Sword. That's an entirely different level of power.

Thor with the sword did not one shot Galactus, it was a long drawn out fight prior to Thor gaining the sword, of which in that time a starving Galactus took a large amount of damage.

Thor with the Necrosword delivered the final multiple hits to put down an already weakened from fighting, already starving Galactus.
