How does Darwins power work? Like Doomadays? And if so, how fast does he evolve?
Does it kick in after an attack? Or is it pre-emptive?

Nemesis Kid struggles with more then one person at a time. And judging by the fact it only made him immune to Princess Projectra's illusions, but did nothing to stop her walking over to him and snapping his neck, it isn't a perfect defense.
I guess it depends on if NK's power recognizes D's power as a total package, and can come up with some way to deal with it, vs a series of separate powers..

Against Val Armorr, he adapted energy projection powers, and lost. In a rematch, he developed better Karate powers, and just about killed him.
Against Princess Projectra, he gains immunity to her illusion powers, and one shots her. In the rematch after Val's death, she simply walks up to him and breaks his neck.
Kind of hard to really judge a match like this, given how random their powers can be. I suppose we can compare their competition? The most powerful they've taken down.
