I don't remember the suit help predicting movements. Anyway, this isn't another case like Mr. X. AT can see 5 seconds into the future. He clobbered Midnighter, a better fighter than IF.
Well, Midnighter would kick the shit out of Shiva. Prometheus already said Midnighter is one of the best fighters on DC earth. But once you add the battle computer, healing factor, enhanced skin, enhanced speed, enhanced strength, it's pretty much Midnighter's to lose.
BTW, Midnighter kicked Prometheus's ass, and he had the skills of the top 30 fighters in the world, which included Batman AND Shiva.
His fight against Zealot is also another fight that he had. On average he isn't kicking Danny's ass. You should check out some Iron Fist comics. It probably wouldn't be easy on either side, but no way does he outclass Danny.
Predicting five seconds ahead before a nuke drops gives you five seconds to pray before getting nuked.

Iron Fist isn't all that easy to KO. Especially when charged with chi.
Cage couldn't do it, with his best sucker punch to the back of his head.
Prince of Orphans blasted him into another dimension, at airplane level, and he got up without a scratch.
He also beat down Diamondback, with a broken back.

- If the person who can see into the future has the capability to use that advantage (ie do you have the skill/speed/strength to exploit the opportunity that you have seen);
- if the person who is being targeted has the ability to be unaffected by whatever the future-seer can do (ie maybe the target has the skill/speed/strength to be more or less invincible/invulnerable/untouchable).
This applies to precog, body reading, spider sense, etc by the way.
An example - imagine Spider-Man is fighting the Flash. Even though his spidersense may tingle, all Parker will feel is the beginning of a buzz before Wally or Barry knocks him out.
Another example - even though Shiva may be able to read the body of (say) Supreme or Gladiator or Majestic, and know they are about to move or punch or whatever, there’s basically nothing she can do about it.
Last example - say you have Midnighter fighting Doomsday. His battle computer can rack up endless scenarios, but the only answer he’ll get is ‘run or die.’
Anyway - for this fight, it depends on whether Afterthought can exploit his time advantage to (i) know how to get past Danny’s Kungfu and (ii) be able to knock him out. Danny is written in weird ways ...sometimes he is a very skilled but very human fighter who has been known to make mistakes, other times he is able to take down entire ninja clans by himself in a manner that would make ShangChi whistle, and other times he is punching trains that are packed with city-destroying ordnance and taking body blows better than the Hulk itself!
AT would beat the first two versions of Danny (the skilled human and the ninja killer versions), but he would fail against the super-Saiyan 4+ version of Danny that thinks its Daxamite on crack.
