Shuri takes both rounds.

Her stats are enhanced, her gadgets are much better, and her suit protects her from way more damage. As far as prep goes, it's laughable to even think that Barb has a chance when Shuri has all of wakanda at her back.

This is true but Barb has/had more feats. Enough to say that she could keep up at the very least.

The fight is pretty fair with Barbara being one of DCs top geniuses and being trained by the bat. Shuri is also a genius and has also had extensive training
