Storm potentially solos; she eats even enhanced humans (Callisto, Crimson Commando, ...) for breakfast at h2h. She can lift and carry adamantium-skeleton Wolverine (300 lbs) around effortlessly, and lift Stonewall (a brick with enhanced weight) out of quicksand.
With Kitty in the mix (her fighting skills being a literal carbon-copy of Ogun's) the team wins 9-10 /10.

The Punisher is far larger and stronger than either Storm or Kitty, which means he can hurt them a lot easier than they can hurt him and he's got a significant reach advantage. He has no qualms with using lethal force, whereas Storm and Kitty would exercise much more restraint. Castle's damage soak is nothing short of legendary, and neither Storm nor Kitty can come close to matching it.
Their best bet of winning is to force Castle to split his focus on one or the other, until one of them could choke him out from behind, or land an unlikely KO blow he didn't see coming. If they tried to slug it out with him, I think they would die horribly.
