I think the rule of thumb number 1 is that the average LoA member is MILES beyond the average Hand member;
Rule of thumb number 2 though is that there are some high level Hand members that are proper superhuman.

So, the question is not really whether the LoA can tear up the normal Hand ninjas ...even Damien by himself could singlehandedly take out a good number of average Hand, and once you start adding in the likes of Mad Dog, Sensei and Lady Shiva it becomes an utter slaughter for the normal Hand ninjas. A massacre.

But that�s not the question.

The question is if the LoA would be able to finish the �useless� Hand ninjas quickly enough so they can attack the �master� supernatural Hand leaders before they pull off some weird stuff.

I would select the LoA to win, but only if they make it quick and do it intelligently. Maybe have one section deal with the Hand ninjas, while a �hit force� concentrates solely on taking out those leaders that would try some occult witchdoctor type of stuff.
