Surfer would get his head stomped in. It would be a complete curbstomp. Sure, in theory, red solar radiation could be employed, but it wouldn't likely happen, and would probably not be enough most times it's tried.

Note: didn't SBP originally have no red solar weakness?

Surfer has just transmute him! Surfer can probably do it to anyone except the one above all! Hell, Surfer can just create a mini black hole in side the left hemisphere brain to subdue Prime's completely and winning by default

Yes, but that's after the feat and not really useful.

Surfer has an open power set and more versatile but raw power wise he is a step below Superman.

ehhh, that's arguable. He's fought being in a black hole during his fight with red shift. If the godhead statement doesn't count, what's the power scaling/quantifiable level for the feat...? Solar system?

So? Superman pretty much went around a black hole which swallowed entire multiverse in Final Crisis without any care.
