If he employed similar tactics to Knightfall (FourFall?), went at the team while they were at a low point, hit them psychologically and physically, set them up to run a gauntlet of enemies, could he then take out an exhausted team, one by one in the Baxter Building, Fracturing the Four?
Or, i dont know, does he get caught by H.E.R.B.I.E. or something?

Yes. Look at the uniforms. Also, that's why Reed and Sue are so young. Reed is wearing glasses and not going grey yet, Sue is making retard faces. HT with his transparent heat aura.
Bane would need tons of prep... even in the final confrontation.
