Fine, Gog absorbs Thor’s Magic right then and there. Then go back as a baby and kill him because he’s that sadistic.

I don’t know much about the Runes. But can you say there as as powerful as the combination might of the Quintenssence?

The Runes made him Omniscient. They're supposed to have infinite power, or an infinite power source if I remember correctly. I can't see Gog winning this at all, and no matter how far back he'd go, I'm certain that the Runes would be able to match time travel. Time travel isn't that much of a big thing to guys with the power of the runes. I can't see Gog winning this at all. Darkseid is part of the Quintessence as well, and Rune King Thor would shit all over him. This isn't just some run of the mill Sky Father.
