Loki wins this, by dint of having more, and better, feats.
That said, I really liked Manitou Raven's initial look (as seen in OP) - too bad it was too detailed to draw on a regular basis.

I would also put my money on Loki but with one caveat. In Obsidian Age, the magic of MR was able to bind Ganemae. Something she found difficult to reconcile since she considered his magic so basic that she didn’t even try to absorb him, but that traditional magic bound her.
While Loki should win, any underestimation on his part toward MR would not be wise

^^^agreed, he’s underestimated, but DS is also right in that lack of feats will hurt him in forum fight.
