Thanos vs Dormammu

Thanos has no IG, only his Cosmic Chair.

Dormammu is not full power as he is in the Dark Dimension. he is as powerful as he is shown in 616 Universe since he loses power their when he manifests.

Battle starts on Earth.

Few mistakes here, first of all, Dormammu doesn't lose power when he manifests on Earth, that's a common misconception when it comes to his character, he is not a Hell-Lord demon like Mephisto, nor follows the same demonic rules as them, he is more likea god-like creature.

While yes there was a time when he had such notions when it comes to him but He fixed that problem way back in earlier days he did so by being reborn on Earth, thus afterwards he has no power-levels problems when manifesting in another realms like Earth.

Other than that, Dormammu wins rather easily.
