I like both. Grifter was considered ONE of the best fighters of the Coda. But RH was considered THEE best fighter of the All-Caste.
I guess you could kind of look at it like the art of the Coda was superior to that of the All-Caste.
But those fukkin Shaolin Monks are considered the best in martial arts, so its hard to say. Plus they had magic.
