He was named wolf cub because he was wolf but also because he would have had mutant wolf cubs and start a new race of mutant wolves in marvel comics.

That alien boy... He looked alien as phuk, but damn did he live a phukked up short(?) life. Imagined being a little kid and the last of your race. Now add in being caged in a strange place by strange terrifying peeps who see you as nothing more than inconsequential property. I think it was Coipel's art that got me. You can almost feel the fear, anguish, and hopelessness from that poor boy's face. And the Collector snuffed out his life like one would do to an insect.
