Assuming pure physical attacks (why not, it's fun):

Flash
GL
MMH
Batman
Plastic Man

MMH mindlinks them all. Flash lends speed. GL gives them all armour.

So you now have four/five guys with Batman's MA skill, lightspeed reactions, amped by power armour.

Plastic Man is there for fun.
