The Current lineup as of 2019: Captain America, Black Panther, Golden-Arm Thor, Captain Marvel, Ghost Rider, Ironman, and Buff She-Hulk.
Rebirth JLA current lineup: Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash (Barry Allen), Hawkgirl, Green Lantern (John Stewart), Cyborg, Mera, and Batman
The JLA must only use feats from Rebirth only, nothing before. Everyone has equalized reaction time, for the sake of debate.

nice stipulation to nerf the JLA here (only rebirth feats, equalized reaction time), trying to make it somewhat competitive I see
Superman still solos though, Flash can do by himself too
