They're a bit thin on KO options, but Captain Cold's stop-field and Grodd's TK would allow them to keep their distance, though the thunderclap would be a problem for many of them.
He'd never touch Cheetah, and she could just bite him however many times she'd like until he'd be her minion, or go with a war of attrition and keep clawing him [+Grodd's TP attacking his mind] and the rest um...doing...something.
