If she manages to get that lasso on him, he's done. If not, his chances of winning are pretty good.

Graviton is hard to argue.

On one hand, if we argue 'relative portrayal', he should be able to pin her.
But if we argue feats, then he becomes next to useless once we go into people who can hold their own against black holes:

...and, by that same logic, even rookie GLs would be able to beat him...

Graviton in his base form has soloed virtually EVERY superhero on Earth at the same time

^Notice that among the heroes being immobilized in a gravity field is Wonder Man in his Energy Form which can easily phase through matter.

Graviton (in Living Black Hole form) ripped a chunk out of the sun and sent it hurtling towards Earth at light speed.:

Thor has been shown to EASILY move around and fight on a planet that was THOUSANDS of times larger than Earth's sun and had THOUSANDS of times the gravity of that sun. It was on the Rhunian homeworld. Graviton was able to immobilize Thor in a gravity field that was at least 100Xs or more > than the gravity of that planet. Thor couldn't even move

i inadvertently spotlighted carver's feats thread. thumb up

in this case i think the only real thing to use are his showings against others. but then we're stuck using combat feats vs abc feats. it is a very difficult battle to gauge but i think i'd go with graviton here. even if she is able to overcome his control, she would be grossly slowed and he could just hot her with microbursts of gravity to her brain, or drop ultra heavy and dense objects on her or drain the air from around her while she struggles to move. too many options here i think even if we assume she is capable of powering through some of his control. graviton at his best is a f****** monster.

Rhun was three times the size of Jupiter. And Thor was never on its surface.

Thing is Terrax, although he never does has amazing Gravity feats like carrying Manhattan and the Baxter building into Space. Surfer has some good Gravity feats too and yet Graviton at his original best hammered the Avengers.

I think Graviton loses this, he is along with Nefaria and one or two other older guys, a very pervy and Rapey individual, in fact he was a known sex pest and stalker, who abducted a department store to find a wife. I suspect he tries to get close to "Diana" and she beats him up.
