Hulk wins. Strength/power > Speed in comics 98.95% of the time.
Besides, Speed or no speed, Wolverine's claws just can't do enough damage. Hulk's healing factor is easily as good as Wolverine's if not superior, and he can realistically, one-shot him if he got angry enough far before he hits WB levels.
I dk how anyone can read Greg Pak's Hulk run, and think adding speed to Wolverine would mean Green Scar could go down.
Doesn't work that way... each blow already turns Wolverine's organs to jelly, so stronger punches are quite redundant... weakening his healing factor takes time.
Means a lot in a forum imo because Hulk speed has always been surprising to most. He has literally blitzed beings that was said to be moving at "super speed".
It doesnt have to be a number though. Having great speed is completely than moving or reacting at super speed. Spiderman have speed, hes fast but he does not have super speed. That is for people like Flash and Quicksilver.
Is the Quicksilver speed replacing the heat claws? This is an important detail.

Hulk could hit Wolverine hard enough, to liquidate his entire brain in one blow, not 5. He was the equivalent of current Goku fighting someone at base level without even powering his Ki against the Xmen.
How is Hulk going to lose? Did you even read WWH? He was literally getting bombarded with all the Adamantium the US military had, and was inconvenienced.
Wolverine can’t win. That isn’t an exaggeration. There is physically nothing Wolverine can do to put Hulk down. It doesn’t exist in his arsenal. It’s not even a matter of opinion. Greg Pak covered all of Hulk’s bases thoroughly.
That's the thing. Hulk liquifies it, it heals. You need to repeat the process enough times to max out his healing factor, no shortcuts.
And? Ross' military attack was nothing. With this level of speed, Logan can literally chop him to pieces.
Hulk can't win in a forum fight. Claws that cut clean through Terminus' armor - something your Thor failed to do, by the way - backed up by QS speed are a scary thought.
