skrull. no way drac can escape an invisible prison. ss also has a lot more firepower overall. drac's only chance would be to screw with him mentally. not sure of ss's tp resist feats. drac's tp isn't awesome, but it's enough to cause problems. (someone will say surfer!!1! but that surfer was weakened and since he's had hugely impressive tp resist feats.) if tp works he can win. otherwise he is very over matched imo.
