honestly i think he beats all of them accept for ronan and maybe tony, who i'm sure has already countered vision's power once. the weapon can transmute vision's intangible form and ronan has more than enough offense to take vision out. if vision can avoid him and phase his hand into his head, he'd take ronan out most likely. i don't think anyone else can counter his phasing. if they can't it's only a matter of time before they get a hand phased into their heart or brain. he's already incapacitated herc with that move and his durability is likely the best on the list. tony would be a great battle. close to a split there, imo.
