Nova probably has what it takes to win, but honestly I think Exodus is a bad match up for him. I mean if he immediately blitzed and got in a shot with a headbutt, he might be able to shake Exodus up enough to put him away. But barring that scenario, Exodus's TP is most likely strong enough to overpower Nova's psi blockers even if it takes a minute, and his TK is powerful enough to defend against Nova's onslaught and keep him serious off balance.
