she'd get beaten if if she insisted on staying close--though she is very skilled. i can't fully recall her standard gear but i recall explosives as well as guns and knives. if she can stay away and hit him from a distance she could have a chance i guess. i'd need to look back at what she typically carried with her. also not totally sure how much protection his armor would provide against explosives or even powerful ballistic weapons....
