What did the Oblivion Shadow do? Even though the GF is from an alt reality, it killed an alt reality : PF, Galactus (later writers forgot this), it devastated the entire race of Celestials, and it reanimated and absorbed the Beyonder.

Once the GF merged/devoured the Beyonder, it was a threat to the entire Marvel omniverse too. It took the power of the Nexus of All Realities to stop it.

This could be a stalemate.
