udon feats allowed for taskmaster, swords shield and guns unlimited bullets

red hood has that bullet proof armor, guns and unlimited bullets

200 meters apart in jungle

Udon Taskmaster was capable of being much faster than normal. I think it was called double time where he would watch videos in fast forward, and then because of the Udon suit was able to increase his speed for a while w/o killing himself. Udon Tasky should take a very solid majority over Jason.

that's also without mentioning how he's begun to stack up some solid feats thanks to his involvement with Kraven.

Taskmaster is the superior combatant, but RH's armor makes this tricky. I think Tasky wins, but has to be clever with his knock-off gadgets; perhaps a glue arrow or the like.
